Online advertising is not a credible source. Many forget abouttaking advantage of credible sources when they plan out to startan online business; majority just put a lot of money aside foronline advertising. Having a lot of capital to gain exposure onthe web is good, and will most likely build some credibility toyour site, if you site turns out to look professional with greatservice. Online advertising doesn't guarantee any sale orbusiness for you, but usually, you can get some 0.05% conversionrate with online advertising. Don't get me wrong, you can get abetter conversion rate with online advertising too, but you willbe spending a lot of money.

So what's better than online advertising? Building trust andshowing credibility of your site and business.

How do you do that? The easiest and most commonly used method ispress release of your new business or website.

Why is credible source so important? Because there are many scamartists out there who can always use the same advertisingmethods with keywords and etc to expose themselves like you. Youmay be sincere with your business, but with all the scams outthere, we are losing the internet users' trust.

Sure theycan, but it is an uncommon way to advertise for scam artists.Press release don't bring much traffic as it would with othercommonly used advertising methods, and it can be costly too.Also, when you distribute a press release, hundreds of editorsand journalists will be reading your source, and if it turns outto be not credible, you can be in big trouble.

Don't expect much in return with press releases, but you do havesome chance of getting more media interest from other companies,which will get you more exposure, and it's free. If you are alucky one, you can get millions of visitors to your site withoutpaying a dime for advertising.

Get your press release to be added to GoogleNews and Yahoo News, as well as other major news search enginesites. With the right service, you can get great exposure, andget a good ROI.

Anything else?

Nothing can beat word-of-mouth advertising. It's credibile andit's free. If your friend tells you that this particularrestuarant is good, you will keep that in mind and maybe go tryit out in the near future. And if you are happy with the place,you may recommend to another friend, and that friend may suggestit to another friend etc. It will cause a viral effect, and itcan really spread.

There are many other advertising methods out there, eithercredible or not very credible. Depending on what you are doingwith your business, credible source may be very helpful.
